Farfetch acquired New Guards Group – owner Off-White and Heron Preston

The amount of the transaction – 675 million dollars

The company Farfetch announced the takeover of the Italian holding Group New Guards. The Italian company was founded in 2015 and managed the brands Off-White, Palm Angels, Marcelo Burlon County of Milan, Heron Preston, Alanui, Unravel Project and Kirin Peggy Gou.

The transaction value amounted to 675 million dollars. Co-founder of the New Guards Group David De Giglio will remain CEO of the company.

Recall that New Guards Group has launched Off-White in 2014, Palm Angels in 2015, Heron Preston in 2017.
